Chin Surgery

This surgery allows correcting the lack of chin projection and helps to improve the face when it is too rounded. Often is performed together with a nose surgery.

The incision is approximately of 2 cm and can be performed inside the mouth or in the lower part of the chin; it shall be decide depending on each patient. A silicon implant is placed whose size depends on the chin’s defect.

It is performed under local anesthesia or sedation and the procedure takes one hour. The recovery is for 3 to 4 days.
