Usually, when there are important fluctuations of weight, the skin losses its elasticity and its properties to contract it again. As a result, an excess of skin sagging in the arm becomes a limiting factor when you are getting dressed. The solution for this situation is to dry out skin and fat excess through an incision in the internal part of the arm which usually is well camouflaged.

This surgery is ambulatory which takes approximately 2 hours and is performed under general anesthesia. A T-binder shall be used in the arms during one month.
